Eudantria Events Look Book Collaboration Agreement

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming Look Book collaboration. This project brings together exceptional designers and creatives to produce a beautifully curated collection that reflects the artistry and vision of all contributors.

To move forward, please complete the following agreement form. Your responses will help ensure a smooth and organized collaboration while respecting and protecting everyone’s work.

Agreement Terms

By signing this agreement, you confirm your participation and agree to the following:

Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain full ownership of your designs.
Eudantria Events has the right to:
- Feature your designs in the look book.
- Use images/videos of your designs for promotional and commercial purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Crediting Requirements

When sharing any content related to the look book, please ensure you credit:
- Eudantria Events
- The photographers, videographers, models, and makeup/ hairstylists involved in the project.
- We will provide their names and social handles for your convenience.

Content Release & Posting

The official look book release is scheduled for March 1st.
To preserve the excitement and maintain a coordinated launch:
- We kindly ask that any content you create (e.g., behind-the-scenes photos or videos) not be posted publicly until the project is formally announced.
- We will send you an email confirming when the announcement has been made and it’s time to share your work.

Adherence to Theme & Lore

Designers agree to submit pieces that align with the formality and thematic vision of the Villain Era Ball.
Designers also agree to review the provided lore and realm details to ensure their submissions best reflect the intended aesthetic and narrative.

Exclusivity

New, exclusive designs created for this project must not appear in other publications or collaborations before the look book’s release.

Care of Items

All pieces must be delivered in clean and functional condition.
Eudantria Events will handle your pieces with care as you have instructed; however, we cannot be held liable for minor wear or be respoisble for damage that may occur during shipping and transit handling.

Delivery and Return

Items must be delivered by the agreed deadline of January 28th.
The return of your items will occur after the project concludes. They will be mailed back to the owner between February 3rd and February 5th, 2025.

Non-Compensation

This is a collaborative, unpaid opportunity. Participation is voluntary, and there will be no monetary compensation to either parties.

Mutual Promotion

Once the project is released, you are encouraged to promote your featured work freely while tagging and crediting Eudantria Events.

Confidentiality

Designers agree not to share details about the look book, including the release date, styling, or participating collaborators, prior to the release of the look book on March 1st.

Termination

Eudantria Events reserves the right to terminate participation if a designer breaches any terms or fails to deliver agreed-upon contributions.
