Our Lair Tier guests will gather for a spellbinding mixer. Here, they will complete ticket check-in, savor delicious cocktails, culinary delights befitting villainous royalty, and captivating entertainment. This is where the bonds of villainous camaraderie are formed.

Friday, October 31, 2025: Halloween Extravaganza

The eerie enchantment of Halloween night unfolds with a range of activities:

Guests will check-in for the weekend in the morning and receive their weekend tote, which will include:

- Weekend Itinerary

- An exclusive Halloween Eudantria shirt

- A Few Mystical Surprises!

  • Battle of the Bards: Be captivated by epic songs performed by the top 10 finalists of our Battle of the Bard competition.
  • Luxe hors d'oeuvres: Delight in culinary creations fit for villainous royalty.
  • Halloween Festivities: Embrace the night in true Eudantria fashion with an unforgettable Halloween dance, where the dark and the fantastical merge in a captivating atmosphere.

VIP guests will be privileged to attend a private dance class guided by professionals in the mid-afternoon. This will prepare them to perform confidently at the evening's grand ball.

As the dawn of the grand ball approaches, VIP guests in certain tiers will be treated to a delightful morning brunch, while our lair tiers will indulge in a private 4-course brunch.

The rest of the day is dedicated to preparing for the enchanting evening, where the narrative of Eudantria's story continues to unfold.

Ticket Payment Plan explanation: 

We are offering three forms of payment plans:

  1. Paid in Full: Your ticket is paid outright, ensuring 100% confirmation upon purchase.
  2. 50% Down Payment with Monthly Installments: Secure your spot by paying 50% of the total amount upfront, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments over the specified duration. For group tickets, divide the remaining balance by the number of individuals in your group to determine the monthly payment per person. Your spot will be fully confirmed upon completion of all payments. Please note that payments are non-refundable, and failure or delay in making payments twice will result in the release of your ticket, which will then be made available to the public.
  3. Monthly Payment Plans: Make monthly installments toward the total cost of the ticket. Your spot will be secured only upon completion of the payment plan. Similar to other payment options, payments are non-refundable, and failure or delay in making payments twice will result in releasing your ticket to the public.

Again, all tickets and payments are nonrefundable. Our waitlist will begin once all tickets have sold out. At that point, transfers will be permitted.
