Your responses will guide us in arranging bespoke accommodations, seamless transportation, and exclusive engagements tailored to your desires. We provide all transport within our domain and offer a sanctuary within our hallowed halls through a designated hotel block.

A Plus one is permitted. As well as a team if necessary however you team is not permitted inside the ball itsself.

VIP Guest Mixer

All VIPs will gather for a spellbinding mixer. Here, you will complete ticket check-in, savor delicious cocktails, culinary delights befitting villainous royalty, and captivating entertainment. This is where the bonds of villainous camaraderie are formed.

Friday October 31, 2025

Professional Dance Class: 

Attend a private dance class, guided by professionals mid-afternoon to learn the official dance of the Void. This will prepare you to perform the dance with confidence at the evening's grand ball should you wish to join others on the floor.

Tavern Night: 

Step into the mysterious tavern filled with

mystical potions and revel in the luxurious ambiance.

 

Underground Marketplace: 

Explore a treasure trove of whimsical curiosities.

 

Battle of the Bards: 

Be captivated by epic songs performed by

the top 10 finalists of our Battle of the Bard competition.

Halloween Festivities: 

Embrace the night in true Eudantria fashion with an unforgettable Halloween dance,

where the dark and the fantastical merge in a captivating atmosphere.

Indulgence of the void ball

All will be provided with a room credit for room service for breakfast.

The rest of the day  is dedicated to preparing for the enchanting evening, where the narrative of Eudantria's story continues to unfold.

Farewell brunch

Invited guests bid farewell to the captivating world of Eudantria with a 

final brunch before returning to their respective kingdoms.
